1. Preview Product — Not for Production Use
SynaptiQ is currently a preview product offered for testing, evaluation, and demonstration purposes only. It is not intended for production workloads, mission-critical systems, or applications where data loss would cause harm.
By using SynaptiQ, you acknowledge that the service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, or data durability.
2. Do Not Store Sensitive or Personal Data
SynaptiQ is a technology showcase. You should not use it to store:
- Personally identifiable information (PII) of real individuals
- Financial, medical, or legal records
- Passwords, secrets, API keys, or credentials
- Any data subject to regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, GDPR special categories, etc.)
If you choose to store personal or sensitive data despite this warning, you do so entirely at your own risk. SynaptiQ is not liable for any consequences arising from such use.
3. No Guarantees of Availability or Durability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SynaptiQ — in whole or in part — at any time without notice. Data stored in the system may be lost, reset, or deleted during updates, maintenance, or infrastructure changes.
Do not rely on SynaptiQ as a sole or primary store for any data you cannot afford to lose.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
- Abuse the API with excessive request volume intended to degrade the service
- Store or transmit malicious content, malware, or exploits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.
5. Third-Party Services
SynaptiQ integrates with third-party tools and platforms (such as AI assistants, code editors, and authentication providers). These integrations are provided for convenience only.
All third-party product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. SynaptiQ is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any third-party tool or service listed on this site.
6. Limitation of Liability
SynaptiQ is a free preview product. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uptime or prevent every issue.
By using the service, you understand that SynaptiQ is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages that may result from using the platform. Please do not rely on it for anything critical.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SynaptiQ and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of SynaptiQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
